Del’s Floral Studio Wedding Event Policy Statement

Thank you for considering Del’s Floral Studio for your special day! We are honored to be a part of your wedding journey and are committed to making your event memorable with our floral expertise. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and our team, we have outlined our wedding event policy below:

  1. In-Person Consultation: Our client process begins with an in-person consultation at our studio in Spencer, Iowa. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision, preferences, and requirements for floral arrangements tailored to your wedding theme and style. We encourage open communication to understand your unique needs fully.
  2. Reserve the Date: To secure our services and reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required. This deposit confirms our commitment to providing floral arrangements exclusively for your event and ensures that we allocate resources and time accordingly to meet your expectations. The $250 deposit will be applied toward your floral arrangements.
  3. Payment Terms: Full payment for our services is due six weeks prior to your wedding event date. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, or credit/debit card. Once payment is received in full, you can rest assured that your floral arrangements are secured, and we will proceed with finalizing all necessary preparations.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Please note that the $250 non-refundable deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellations made less than six weeks before the scheduled wedding date will result in forfeiture of the full payment amount. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to accommodate changes to the extent possible.
  5. Additional Services: Beyond our standard floral arrangements, we also offer additional services such as delivery, setup, and teardown at an additional cost. These services can be discussed during the consultation phase, and pricing will be provided based on your requirements.
  6. Flexibility and Customization: At Del’s Floral Studio, we prioritize flexibility and customization to ensure that your wedding floral arrangements reflect your personality and preferences.
