Serving Northwest Iowa since 1967.

You made it right. Now keep it right.

Del’s Home Watch is an integrated service to help assure that your investment weathers well while you can’t be here. Our seasoned team personally visits your property to confirm that it remains secure and functions as intended, providing you with peace of mind while you’re away. Our service offers thorough interior and exterior checks to protect your investment from potential concerns that can arise in your absence.

Our interior services focus on maintaining the functionality and security of your home. We regularly check and adjust indoor temperatures to prevent freezing pipes, replace smoke detector batteries to ensure they are always operational, and can run sinks and toilets to prevent plumbing issues. These proactive measures help keep your home in good condition, reducing the risk of costly repairs when you return.

Externally, our team takes care of essential tasks to keep your property secure and well-kept. We ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and locked, remove accumulated junk mail to deter potential intruders, and inspect the roof for any ice buildup that could cause damage. By addressing these proactively, we help maintain the condition of your home while you’re away. Del’s Home Watch service is your trusted partner in home care, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful winter away.
